Pathfinders Support Your Path has received national recognition for the second consecutive year, winning a 2026 Enablement Award for Most Outstanding Regional Not-for-Profit Providing NDIS Services for Children, Youth and Families in Australia.
The Coffs Harbour service received the award in the Care Services category at the Enablement Awards ceremony in Sydney on Friday, 24 July.
The Enablement Awards celebrate excellence, innovation and exemplary achievement across the disability care sector in Australasia. They recognise organisations and individuals working to improve service delivery, participant experiences and outcomes for people with disability.

The awards also recognise the growth of the disability care sector and the capacity of organisations and individuals to influence and establish new performance standards.
Judging considers factors including performance, innovation, new business models, emerging trends, market leadership and improvements to the customer experience.
The evaluation methodology requires the awards secretariat to apply a final test when selecting a recipient in each category: “Is this claimant the best performed, most meritious, most innovative and most courageous in the category?”
Awards cover a broad range of areas across the disability and care sectors, including disability services, advocacy, accessible and supported housing, community care, independent living, mental health services, rehabilitation, respite care, specialist disability accommodation, NDIS plan management and support for people with specific disabilities.
Awards are presented only in categories judged to merit an accolade in a particular year.
Pathfinders chief executive officer Alan Brennan said receiving the award for the second consecutive year was a significant achievement for the Support Your Path team.
“Winning this national award for the second consecutive year is a wonderful acknowledgement of the dedication, compassion and professionalism of our Support Your Path team,” Brennan said.
“Our staff work closely with participants, families and carers to provide personalised supports that reflect each person’s individual goals, choices and circumstances.
“This recognition belongs to the entire team, as well as the participants and families who place their trust in Pathfinders and allow us to be part of their journey.”
