Traffic is easing following an earlier two car crash that brought traffic to a standstill on the Pacific Highway in Coffs Harbour between Bray Street and Arthur Steet.
One lane was closed in both north and southbound directions while the site was cleared. A power pole had also been knocked down as a result of the crash, extending the time to clear the scene.
Traffic was backed up on Bray Street and Orlando Street approaching the highway, and Harbour Drive is also heavy in both directions, while northbound on Hogbin Drive is also very slow.
Police and Ambulance, as well as Energy Australia and a tow truck, all attended. Traffic is now returning to normal.
