Port Macquarie’s flagship community event is set to return, with organisers promising a larger and more ambitious program for 2026.

Featuring projections, light installations, live music and more than 100 artists and performers, along with activations from local schools and community groups, ArtWalk transforms the CBD into a vibrant celebration of creativity.

Each year, the event showcases the depth and diversity of local talent. ArtWalk is both a celebration of the region’s creative community and a significant contributor to economic activity, cultural tourism and community connection.

“Join us as we mark a decade of creativity, connection, and community spirit. Come and help us celebrate this incredible milestone,” said a spokesperson for the event.

Expressions of interest are now open for individuals and groups offering:

  • Live performances (music, dance, theatre and other disciplines)
  • Lighting installations and projections
  • Static sculptures and interactive installations
  • Visual art activations (2D and 3D works)
  • Event sponsorship

Artists, performers, designers, producers and prospective event partners are encouraged to apply.

Applications can be submitted at ArtWalk 2026 Port Macquarie Hastings Council.
