Local behaviour specialist releases new self-help book on breaking cycles of self-doubt

Marnie Sole.

A local behaviour consultant with more than three decades of experience in education and behavioural strategy has released a new self-help book exploring the patterns that can keep people feeling stuck.

Marnie Sole’s latest book, Breaking the Loops – “I’m not enough”, examines how deeply held beliefs and learned behaviours may contribute to recurring cycles of self-doubt, people-pleasing and second-guessing.

Published by Contempo Publishing, the book combines behavioural concepts with practical exercises designed to encourage readers to reflect on their thinking and develop healthier habits.

Sole has worked in education and behavioural strategy for more than 30 years and says her work focuses on helping people better understand the patterns that influence their choices, emotions and relationships.

Rather than offering quick fixes, Breaking the Loops – “I’m not enough” encourages readers to examine how past experiences may shape present-day behaviours and provides practical techniques aimed at increasing self-awareness and confidence.

The book is intended for readers who feel they are repeating the same unhelpful patterns in their personal or professional lives and are looking for practical strategies to create lasting change.

Breaking the Loops – “I’m not enough” will be published on 8 August.
