Four men will face court after being charged over an alleged affray at a licensed premises in Wauchope last year.
About 6.50pm on Saturday 13 September 2025, police were called to a venue on High Street following reports of a brawl.
Police were told a group had allegedly been asked to leave the premises before an employee was pushed into a wall and verbally abused. The group then allegedly re-entered the venue before leaving a short time later.
Following extensive inquiries and a review of CCTV footage, police issued Court Attendance Notices to four men, aged 22, 22, 32 and 45.
All four men have been charged with affray and with re-entering or attempting to re-enter a premises as an excluded person.
The 32-year-old man has also been charged with common assault.
All four are due to appear before Port Macquarie Local Court on Wednesday 13 May 2026.
