An 83-year-old man has died after a single-vehicle crash in the state’s north this morning.
Emergency services were called to The Saddle, Tallwoods Village, about 11.35am on Tuesday following reports of a crash.
Officers attached to Manning Great Lakes Police District attended and found an SUV had left the road and crashed into a tree.
The driver was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to hospital, where he later died.
Police established a crime scene and commenced inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
