Bellingen Shire Council is calling on the community to share its views on local services, priorities and future planning through the 2026 BSC Community Pulse.
The survey comes two years after the adoption of Our Plan for the Future and will help Council understand what is working well, where improvements are needed and what matters most to the community.
Feedback will be used to inform future planning, service delivery and budget decisions.
The Community Pulse is open to residents, ratepayers, businesses, community groups, visitors and other customers of Bellingen Shire Council. The survey takes less than five minutes to complete and closes on 28 August.
To protect participants’ privacy, the study is being independently managed by CATALYSE Pty Ltd on behalf of Council. The research will be conducted in accordance with the Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles. Council will receive only aggregated survey results and anonymous free-text comments.
Council is encouraging everyone aged 14 years and over to take part and to share the survey with family, friends and neighbours to help ensure a broad cross-section of the community is represented.
The survey is available here.
More information about the study is available from Bellingen Shire Council by emailing council@bellingen.nsw.gov.au or calling (02) 6655 7300.
People who do not wish to participate can opt out using the survey opt-out link or by replying to the invitation email with “opt out” in the message.
