Federation Bridge night works to bring traffic changes

Motorists can expect changed traffic conditions on Federation Bridge at Mullumbimby during essential maintenance work from Monday, 17 August.

The work will be carried out over four night shifts between 6pm and 5am, weather permitting.

Traffic control, a lane closure and a reduced speed limit of 40km/h will be in place while the work is carried out.

Motorists should drive to the conditions, follow signs and directions from traffic controllers, and allow up to five minutes’ extra travel time.

Oversize and overmass (OSOM) vehicles more than 4.6 metres wide planning to travel through the work site should contact the project team on 0429 037 023 at least 24 hours before travel.

Transport for NSW has thanked motorists for their patience while the maintenance is carried out.
