Lismore City Council is inviting expressions of interest (EOIs) from local restaurants, cafés, food producers and vendors to secure a place at the return of NORCO Eat the Street 2026.
The popular food and culture festival will transform the Lismore CBD on Saturday, 22 August 2026, with activities across Keen Street, The Quad and the Lismore Regional Gallery.
The pedestrian-focused event will feature live music, food, family entertainment and is expected to attract about 10,000 people.
EOIs are open to businesses within the Lismore local government area (LGA) and surrounding regions. The event offers an opportunity for businesses to showcase their culinary offerings, connect with thousands of visitors and participate in a major community celebration.
To support vendors, organisers will provide shared facilities including cool-room access, power, toilets, ice and event promotion. A participation fee of $205 plus GST applies to food and beverage vendors to help cover operational costs. Stalls will remain free for food producers and market stallholders to encourage a diverse range of offerings.
