Nominations are now open for community members to put forward deserving individuals for recognition on the proposed Walk of Honour, which will form part of the future Lismore Boulevard – Shared User Path project.
The Walk of Honour will create a lasting place to celebrate people who have made a significant contribution to shaping Lismore’s history, character and identity. Contributions may include professional excellence, community service, cultural and creative achievement, sport and recreation, innovation or leadership.
The community is encouraged to nominate individuals who meet the eligibility criteria. For more information or to make a nomination, visit Walk of Honour – Lismore City Council.
Council’s Walk of Honour Committee will assess nominations and make recommendations to Council.
Lismore City Council secured funding for the Lismore Boulevard – Shared User Path project through the NSW Government’s Get NSW Active 2025–26 program, administered by Transport for NSW.
