Essential guardrail works will be carried out on Missingham Bridge from Monday, 25 May, with work expected to continue for approximately four days, weather permitting.
The upgrades are part of ongoing efforts to improve safety for motorists, cyclists and pedestrians using the bridge.
Works will take place daily between 9am and 5pm. During these hours, the bridge will operate under single-lane traffic control, and motorists travelling in either direction should expect delays.
Residents, commuters and local businesses are encouraged to allow additional travel time or consider alternative routes where possible to help minimise disruption.
Pedestrian access will remain available throughout the works; however, pedestrians are asked to take extra care when moving through the area.
Drivers are encouraged to check Live Traffic NSW for the latest traffic conditions and project updates: https://www.livetraffic.com.
